Role Description
We're currently seeking a Customer Service / Internal Sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
This is a full-time (Monday-Friday), on-site role located in Loganholme, QLD. The role involves providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling phone inquiries with proper etiquette, and contributing to a positive customer experience. Daily tasks include managing customer inquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and coordinating with various departments to meet customer needs.
Job Tasks
 * Exceptional customer service.
 * Learn and understand our products to ensure we can provide a solution for our customers.
 * Identify upsell opportunities.
 * Quote processing and customer follow up.
 * Daily processing of customer orders received via phone, webchat, email, or showroom
 * System maintenance - (customer details, delivery dates)
 * Customer enquiries regarding price, availability, shipping dates.
 * Non Conformance resolution (Credit returns, lost consignments.)
 * Credit note processing.
 * Identify new customer leads
 * Supporting the sales team with key accounts
Skills and Experience
We are seeking someone that can work in a fast paced customer service/office environment with the following skills and attributes:
 * Can-do attitude with the ability to pivot quickly to service our customers.
 * Ability to work effectively in a team environment
 * Exceptional communication - written and verbal
 * A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
 * MYOB (Exo) an advantage
 * Microsoft Suite to intermediate level.
