We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef / Cook to join our vibrant club. With a bistro, deck, gaming and sports bar, this is a unique opportunity to showcase your culinary talent in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The Role:
You will work with our small close knit kitchen team to ensure high quality food services that meet members, guests and club expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Kitchen team in all kitchen operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the bistro and foodservice.
* Contribute to menu development and bring creativity to specials and event menus, ensuring seasonal and on-trend offerings.
* Ensure food safety standards and kitchen hygiene are consistently maintained.
