We are growing and always on the lookout for high calibre individuals to join our store teams. We currently have a Full Time position available in our Mildura store (VIC). As part of the DuluxGroup, a leading marketer and manufacturer of premium branded products, Inspirations Paint employees are part of Australia's largest network of paint stores, serving both retail (DIY) and trade (professional/commercial) markets.
The paint industry is a specialised industry. Relevant personal experience in home improvement projects or within the paint or hardware industries is an advantage however ongoing training will be provided to equip you with the skills required.

Responsibilities include
- Providing an exemplary customer experience to both retail and trade customers
- Tinting & mixing paint
- Following the "Inspirations Way
- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge in the areas of paint and protective coatings, while assisting with sales, stock control and merchandising
- Store presentation, stock management, housekeeping

Experience / Attributes
- Demonstrated customer service with personalised customer focus
- Well presented both in appearance and communication
- Able to contribute and work in a team environment
- Proven sales experience and a strong knowledge of paint and associated products
- Approachable, confident and energetic with a pleasant disposition and the ability to effectively deal with customer queries and/or customer complaints
- Attention to detail, initiative and the ability to learn new systems
- Honest, reliable and punctual
- Current drivers licence
- This role involves heavy lifting up to 25kgs
