About the role Reporting to the State Manager, this role requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a proactive approach to follow-up, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering lasting relationships. Receive sales enquiries from customers, in person, by telephone, email and live chats Advise customers on technical details, product features & benefits and unique selling points Issue sales leads to external salespeople Understand pricing structures to ensure correct pricing is given to our customers Accurately prepare quotations and tenders on customer requests Liaise with manufacturing staff on pricing and technical difficulties Follow up quotes within set time frames Facilitate service calls, warranties and site work Work collaboratively account managers and state managers Participate in sales meetings About you Previous experience in a similar position or experience in the building or plumbing industry is highly regarded Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
