Job Description
Our organization is seeking a dedicated professional to fill a vital role in supporting women and children affected by domestic violence. In this dynamic position, you will play a crucial part in overseeing client intake and assessment, while also helping manage the daily operations of our refuge.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a variety of supports to clients, working in cooperation with our case management division, and maintaining daily records. You will also assist in all aspects of providing accommodation services, ensuring that client support is consistent with our Client Service Delivery Model (CSDM), including demonstrating support consistent with trauma-informed care practices.
Additionally, you will assist and/or supervise client activities such as groups and programs, liaise with service staff to ensure client needs are attended to, and provide accurate, up-to-date information and practical support to clients on a range of issues. You will also advocate for clients on a need basis with external agencies and transport clients as required.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide a range of supports to clients, working in cooperation with the case management division
