About the Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as an Analyst. The successful candidate will be based in our Sydney office and will provide support to our Office Leasing team while also contributing to our national division.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date data records
* Work closely with other divisions to disseminate timely and useful information
* Attend meetings and inspections
* Develop a solid understanding of Office Leasing principles
* Stay informed about economic trends and their impact on the property market
Requirements:
* Prior experience in a similar role within the property industry is desirable
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
* Lateral thinking and problem-solving ability
* Relevant tertiary qualifications are highly regarded but not essential
* A strong interest in Commercial Real Estate is essential
* A team player mindset is required
* A preference to work in a fast-paced team environment
