Senior Psychologist – Clinical Team Lead

The Kidd Clinic is an established neuroaffirming psychology and allied health practice supporting Autistic, ADHD, and neurodivergent children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families across Perth and Melbourne. We are known for our affirming, relationship-focused approach and our commitment to sustainable, reflective practice.
We are seeking a Senior Psychologist – Clinical Team Lead to join our leadership team in Fremantle.
This is a unique opportunity for a senior clinician who wants to remain strongly connected to client work while also contributing to leadership, supervision, team development, and service growth. The role is approximately 50% clinical and 50% leadership and operational support.
Working closely with our Clinical Operations Lead / Principal Psychologist and alongside our existing Clinical Team Leads, you will help support the day-to-day functioning and ongoing development of the clinic across Fremantle, North Perth, and Mentone (Melbourne).
In this role, you will:
* Support psychologists and allied health clinicians through supervision, mentoring, feedback, and day-to-day guidance
* Contribute to a team culture that values reflection, psychological safety, accountability, and authenticity
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and clinician development across different career stages
* Lead reflective and respectful performance and growth conversations when required
* Support clinicians to maintain sustainable and appropriately utilised caseloads
* Contribute to referral flow, service delivery, and operational functioning across the practice
* Build referral pathways and represent the clinic through networking, education, and community engagement
* Act as a bridge between the clinical team and operational leadership
* Contribute to ongoing service development and the evolution of the clinic
Your clinical work will include:
* Therapy/ counselling and/or assessment work with neurodivergent and other clients across the lifespan
* Working from a neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed framework
* Supporting a range of presentations with flexibility, care, and clinical integrity
* Modelling a high standard of ethical and reflective clinical practice
* Opportunity to further develop your own clinical niche or area of interest
We're looking for someone who:
* Is a Board Approved Supervisor (or eligible and willing to become one)
* Has experience supporting clinician development and leadership within teams
* Can provide clear, thoughtful, and grounded feedback
* Values both strong clinical practice and the realities of running a sustainable service
* Has experience working with Autistic and/or ADHD clients
* Is interested in supporting a diverse team, including neurodivergent clinicians
* Enjoys collaboration, systems thinking, and contributing beyond their own caseload
* Feels comfortable representing the clinic externally through networking, training, or community engagement
