About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our successful and growing QLD occupational rehab team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for assisting individuals with their recovery, return to work, and life following injury or illness.
The role is fast-paced but incredibly collaborative and rewarding, enabling you to:
* Conduct assessments and case management services across various customer portfolios
* Support individuals to recover and return to their pre-injury or new employment using your clinical skills and knowledge
* Interact and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
* An Occupational Therapy qualification (with full AHPRA membership) - new graduates welcome to apply
* A desire to work in occupational rehabilitation
* Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
* Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude, and a positive approach
* Genuine commitment to continuous improvement
