Job Description
We're looking for a Digital Content Producer to join our team at 4BC.
In this role, you'll be the digital heartbeat of our Breakfast and Mornings shows, working directly with the on-air talent and producers. Your mission is to grow our online audience by creating compelling content for our website, app, and social channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X.
You'll also play a key role in the wider Nine Radio network, managing commercial digital content across our four stations: 2GB, 3AW, 4BC, and 6PR. This means you'll collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to bring sponsored content to life, from articles to social media posts and measure their success.

Day to day you will:
* Produce and share engaging digital content to promote our live radio programs.
* Ensure all content is accurate, engaging, and legally compliant.
* Monitor analytics to understand audience behaviour and make informed decisions on content strategy.
* Work with sales, marketing, and content partnerships teams to create impactful commercial digital content.
Qualifications
What you'll bring:
* Strong grasp of social media platforms and a track record of creating compelling content.
* Skilled in using digital analytics tools like Google Analytics, Brand watch, and Meta Business Suite to inform your decisions.
* Proficient in image and video editing with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
* Impeccable command of the English language, including grammar and journalistic style, with a sharp eye for detail.
* Thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment and have excellent organizational and time management skills.
