Our Position
Rockcote has Full-time Production Operator positions available with an immediate start, to work in our texture and paint manufacturing plant at our Yandina factory.
You will be responsible for a range of tasks including weighing and measuring raw materials as per batch cards, mixing, decanting into buckets, quality testing and stacking pallets.
The hours of work are 5:00 am–3:00 pm, Monday to Thursday, so you can enjoy a 3-day weekend every week
This is a permanent full-time role, starting at $***** per hour, with the opportunity to continually increase your hourly rate by meeting competency levels.

A positive attitude with ability to take directions
Reliability
Accuracy and safe handling of raw materials
Professional approach and collaborative working manner
Physically fit & strong with the ability to handle heavy & repetitive lifting up to 25 kg
Ability to operate heavy machinery
Sound literacy, reading and numeracy abilities to record data
Knowledge of Safe Work Practices
Experience in a similar manufacturing environment is desirable
Forklift ticket is an advantage, but is not essential
