**About the Role**:
As the ICT Master Scheduler, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating and optimizing scheduling processes to ensure efficient and effective project execution. This role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational and communication skills, coupled with a profound understanding of project management principles.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain project and program schedules by incorporating input from stakeholders, project managers, and team leads.
- Collaborate with project teams to understand project scope, objectives, and dependencies, ensuring realistic and achievable schedules.
- Utilize industry-standard scheduling tools and software to construct and update project timelines.
- Monitor and allocate resources effectively for optimal project performance.
- Identify resource constraints and recommend solutions by working closely with project and branch managers.
- Conduct resource planning and analysis to optimize team efficiency.
- Analyze critical paths within project schedules to highlight potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Regularly review and update schedules to reflect changes in project scope, timelines, and resource availability.
- Facilitate communication among project teams to ensure awareness of schedule updates and potential impacts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate project schedules and align with organizational goals.
- Proactively identify scheduling conflicts, bottlenecks, and risks, proposing solutions to mitigate issues.
- Assess the impact of changes on project timelines and overall delivery by working closely with project managers and stakeholders.
**Required Skills/Experience**:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in scheduling and managing resource constraints within a large enterprise environment, preferably in the ICT sector.
- Profound understanding of resource scheduling and project management, with the capability to develop pragmatic schedules that address issues such as resource constraints and dependencies across various skill sets.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
- Familiarity with portfolio and project management tools including MS Project, Clarizen, and Jira.
- Relevant industry qualifications related to scheduling and project management.
- Proven track record in leading master scheduling for digital transformation projects, showcasing the ability to identify improvement opportunities and drive transformative change.
