In this role, you’ll design and manage complete GoHighLevel systems — including CRM structure, automation workflows, client accounts, integrations, and communication tools. Your work will include: Structuring CRM systems (pipelines, custom fields, lifecycle stages) Building and maintaining automation workflows and customer journeys Managing agency accounts, sub-accounts, SaaS Mode, and snapshots Connecting domains, email systems, and deliverability setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) Configuring phone/SMS communication systems Supporting funnels, websites, forms, and lead capture systems Managing integrations (webhooks, APIs, Zapier or Make) Assisting with client onboarding and resolving technical issues. Your goal is to ensure GoHighLevel systems run smoothly, stay organized, and support business operations.
