About the role:
We're looking for a Digital Journey Optimisation Manager (DJOM) to join our team on a 12-month contract.
In this role, you'll leverage data-driven and customer-led insights to imagine, create and deliver compelling and personalised customer journeys for all our customers.
Working collaboratively with our key stakeholders including Product, Data Analytics and Marketing, you'll have the opportunity to lead and execute digital initiatives across the Bankwest website and Bankwest App that contribute towards delivering business outcomes.
Your team:
If successful, you'll be joining a team of DJOMs dedicated to optimising the journeys for our customers from the moment they identify the need, through to the final delivery
You will also belong to the wider DJOM community, where you get to the opportunity to connect and be inspired by fellow DJOMs who specialise in other products and services. You'll also be able to participate in our training program to help with your career development.
Our teams have a collaborative focus. To be successful in this role you will develop strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders across multiple areas and demonstrate an enthusiasm towards supporting a range of digital projects impacting the organisation.
Your core responsibilities include:
- End-to-end delivery of key digital journey initiatives across our digital assets on the Bankwest website and Bankwest App., including working closely with key stakeholders throughout the entire process from ideation to execution and measurement
- Identify and implement A/B and multivariate testing opportunities from hypothesis creation, influence creative, to identify success metrics and conduct post-test analysis.
- Monitor results and digital performance and customer behaviour using available analytics tools and sources such as Adobe Analytics, data and voice of customer insights.
- Key contributor to developing the digital initiatives roadmap, in collaboration with your key stakeholders, to ensure that we are delivering the best experience for our customers.
What we are looking for someone who has
- A can-do attitude - willing to get their hands dirty into the tools and think outside the box.
- Previous digital campaign delivery experience from ideation through to execution and measurement
- Exceptional communication, influencing and negotiating skills, including willingness to collaborate with key stakeholders to reach desired outcomes.
- Proven project management experience including the ability to manage multiple initiatives at the same time
- Strong analytical skills - being able to interpret data, put together the story and identify opportunities on optimisations based on these insights.
- Hands on experience with the Adobe Suite (Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Target, Audience Manager) or similar.
- A passion for improving the financial wellbeing of our customers and delivering meaningful customer journeys.
