About you:

* You don't need to have any industry experience, but we're looking for someone just as focused as we are on upholding our team values
* You must be willing and able to obtain a Tasmanian Real Estate Licence during the first 12 months of employment (or already have one)

Ideally, you will also have the following attributes:

* Relevant experience deemed equivalent to performing the requirements of the position
* Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and the ability to learn software programs are essential
* Ability to work independently and take direction as required
* Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
* Demonstrate great time-management skills and a high level of attention to detail in a high-pressure environment
* Sound judgement, decision-making and problem-solving skills
* Current driver's licence
* Ability to prioritise and work well under pressure in a deadline-driven environment

About the role:

Key responsibilities will include:

* Provide administrative support to the department
* Being able to effectively communicate with all team members to ensure streamlined processes and a positive work environment
* Assist with general office duties
* Inspection support when required
* Support to Property Portfolio Managers to ensure client satisfaction
* Keeping up to date on Property Management legislation
