This is a newly created role. You'll take ownership of the end‑to‑end leasing process across our Hunter portfolio. From first enquiry to lease signing, you'll make tenants feel welcome and landlords confident.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
* Manage leasing duties from enquiry through to signed lease.
* Run open homes and greet prospective tenants like they're already part of the community.
* Conduct routine inspections with care and compliance.
* Respond to phone and email enquiries promptly and professionally.
* Prepare and manage lease agreements with accuracy and efficiency.
* Partner with our Property Managers to deliver a seamless experience for tenants and landlords.
* Balance your schedule to keep inspections timely and admin on track. Most of your week will be spent out on the road, but you'll also have the flexibility of working from your home office for the admin side of the role. You'll be backed by our head office and offshore support teams, plus the full toolkit of tech you need to succeed.
Qualifications & Experience
* 1‑2 years of leasing experience and a current NSW Real Estate Agent Licence.
* Confidence with Microsoft Office and comfortable working with cloud‑based property management systems.
* Own a car and have the flexibility to travel when needed.
