About the Role
Be part of a busy and collaborative team providing first and second‐level technical support for computer systems, software, and hardware issues, both remotely and face‐to‐face. Troubleshoot, monitor, and restore personal computers and devices connected to the network.
* Deliver high‐quality client service, managing issues with integrity, compassion, and timely resolution.
* Work from various sites across our Hospital and Aged Care network in NSW to resolve technical incidents.
* Participate in the after‐hours on‐call roster.
About You
* Current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle is a must.
* Certificate IV in Information Technology Support (or equivalent experience).
* Minimum 3+ years' experience in field engineering, desktop support or IT technical roles.
* Strong knowledge and skills in PC hardware and associated devices.
* Good understanding of networking and associated skills.
* Experience supporting AV systems, nurse call, telephony and communication room infrastructure.
* Working knowledge of Cisco, VoIP, DECT and analog phone setup and configuration.
* Must be able to commit to full‐time hours, including after‐hours on‐call requirements.
