About the Role:
* Develop 3D layouts and detailed drawings using industry-standard software.
* Lead and coordinate project design teams to ensure deliverables meet project requirements.
* Contribute to multi-disciplinary engineering designs and feasibility studies, leveraging expertise in materials handling and mineral processing.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with experience in team management and development. Additionally, they should have a solid understanding of applicable local and international standards, as well as excellent knowledge of process plant equipment layout.
Key Qualifications:
* Detailed knowledge of materials handling & mineral processing.
* Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of design professionals.
* Significant experience in 3D modeling.
* Prior experience with Smart Plant 3D highly desirable.
* Sound knowledge of applicable local and international standards, industry regulations, and HSE practices.
* Proficient in process plant equipment layout.
* Ability to review and provide constructive feedback on vendor drawings and interdisciplinary design data.
* Advanced knowledge and practical application of design theories, principles, and practices.
