The Opportunity

Join Team Hayman’s high-performing Effective Business Unit (EBU) - one of Canberra’s most successful sales teams. Led by business partners Brett Hayman and Marty Faux (each with over 20 years of sales experience), this is your chance to learn from proven leaders in a structured, supportive environment. You’ll gain unmatched exposure, hands-on training and a clear pathway to grow your career in sales.

The Role

You’ll support Team Hayman’s EBU with administration, marketing and client engagement while developing buyer-facing and listing skills. Depending on your experience, you may begin in a Sales Administrator capacity or enter at a Sales Associate level - both pathways provide structured development and direct mentorship from a team with deep market expertise.

- Coordinate marketing, inspections, appraisals and client communications
- Manage CRM data and support the team’s sales pipeline
- Assist at open homes, auctions and buyer meetings
- Learn listing and negotiation skills directly from a seasoned sales team

The ideal Person

You’re motivated, organised and people-focused with a strong interest in real estate. You’ll bring solid administration skills, thrive in a team environment, and want to grow into a sales career under experienced mentors.

- Strong admin & organisational skills
- Ambitious and eager to learn real estate sales
- Tech-savvy with CRM/marketing tools

Salary / Rate

- Base salary + superannuation
- Bonus structure reviewed post-probation, linked to performance
