We are really proud of the team we have built.The opportunity based at our South Melbourne Support OfficeCreate and maintain accurate and up-to-date product information, ensuring data is accessible, reliable, and usable across systems and applications.Maintain accurate product descriptions, specifications, and pricing for all Own Brand SKUs.Coordinate the setup and ongoing administration of new products into national portals.Provide administrative support for loading product data, pricing, promotions, and other changes via retailer portals and new line forms.Update and maintain existing product information on retailer systems via portals or spreadsheets.Create and maintain product catalogues.Coordinate online product photography and maintain a register of key product assets for retail partners.Support range reviews by preparing presentations and facilitating the integration of new and existing products.Coordinate with relevant departments to execute product listings on online platforms.Lead GS1 barcode requests and verification reporting processes.Act as the first point of contact for inquiries from retail, merchandise, and customer service teams.
