We are growing and looking for an experienced, organised, and proactive Sales Associate / Executive Assistant to work directly alongside the Director in a fast-paced and rewarding role.
This is more than an administration position — you’ll become a trusted right-hand person helping manage campaigns, clients, operations, and the day-to-day momentum of the business.

The Role
You’ll be involved across:
* Sales campaign coordination
* Vendor and buyer communication
* CRM and database management
* Marketing and listing administration
* Open home and buyer follow-up coordination
* Executive and operational support to the Director
Experience Required
* Previous real estate administration, sales support, or EA experience
* CRM experience (Box + Dice preferred)
* Strong organisational and computer skills
* A current Agent’s Representative Certificate
