Open Horizons Psychology (OHP) is a fee-paying clinic in Bundoora that is committed to providing high quality psychological services through ongoing learning, openness and reflective practice. It is our wonderful team, well established referrers, clinical processes and our genuine commitment to providing a workplace that is compassionate and enriching that defines OHP. Our team includes clinicians with a range of skills and experience. OHP draws on a range of evidence based psychological approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Analytical Therapy and mindfulness-based approaches. The practice has a strong interest in Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) with monthly group supervision provided by an external supervisor who specialises in CFT and staff wellbeing. OHP provides placements to postgraduate psychology students. We are working towards offering group therapy in compassionate skills training.

Monthly group supervision is provided by an external supervisor Dr Hayley Quinn a psychologist who specialises in Compassion Focused Therapy. In addition, support and guidance is available from Kathryn and the team whenever required.
**Referrals**: We are a well-established practice with a strong reputation in providing best clinical outcomes for our clients. We would easily fill a caseload.
**Excellent Administrative Support**:We are very fortunate to have wonderful reception staff full-time onsite. Full administration support is provided including managing referrals, document management (e.g., consent and registration forms, outcome measures) appointment bookings, billing, organising telehealth, scanning, photocopying and providing a friendly environment to our team and our clients.
**Purpose Built Psychology Clinic**: Our clinic is exclusively a psychology clinic with five consultation rooms and reception fully furnished with onsite parking.
**Integrated IT system**: We have an integrated and user-friendly IT system that includes electronic diary, clinical notes, telehealth and secure messaging. Our system allows for flexibility to work within the clinic or from home.

**Who We Are Looking For**:
We are looking for an accredited mental health social worker with:
- a compassionate, client-centred approach
- membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers
- appropriate qualifications as an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker
- eligibility for a Medicare provider number
- experience with evidence based psychological approaches
- confidence to work independently with a wide range of presenting issues
- high level written and oral communication skills

- a current police and working with children clearances
- professional indemnity insurance
- commitment to ongoing professional development and provision of best practice
- excellent communication skills, both written and interpersonal skills
- access to their own laptop and mobile phone
