There are three (3) pharmacies in the group, and we are currently seeking aMulti-Site Pharmacy Retail Manager to help us achieve our vision of becoming an industry leader in providing healthcare solutions for our regional community.

About the role
As a Retail Manager, you will:
* With support from the Managing Pharmacist, manage the front shop retail functions for the three (3) pharmacies in the group.
* With the support of the administrative team, be responsible for the human resource function of the three (3) pharmacies, including the rostering, recruitment and training of the non-pharmacist staff.
* Manage the coordination of retail stock control efficiently and effectively across all three (3) pharmacies ensuring standardisation of practice across the group.
* Support the dispensary with scripts in/out.
* Perform administrative duties as needed.
* Lead and inspire a team, fostering a positive work environment.
* Ensure compliance with all AFS Friendly Pharmacy policies and procedures.
* Coordinate and direct merchandising practices across the pharmacy group.
* Train and mentor team members.
Key Requirements:
* Prior pharmacy experience is essential.
* Understanding of loyalty programs.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* HR experience highly regarded.
* A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and professional health advice.
* Knowledge of the full scope of practice changes that are facing the industry would be an advantage.
