Job Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Town Planner to lead our urban development projects. In this role, you will be responsible for managing town planning advice, client relationships and report preparation.
About the Role
* Take job briefs and manage project workflow effectively by delegating tasks appropriately to team members including mentoring junior staff as needed.
* Manage a portfolio of clients in providing expert town planning services through presenting reports on site plans analyses conducted which inform strategic business decisions made by stakeholders involved within industry sectors such as property or infrastructure projects – all resulting from successfully negotiated agreements between parties alike..
Town Planning Skills Required:
* Main technical skills relevant include MS Office Suite proficient with Excel spread sheet knowledge essential
* Familiarity utilizing Geographic Information Systems (GIS) technologies i.e Arc GIS etc.
* Sound problem-solving abilities enabling effective communication when dealing complex scenarios while maintaining clear concise written documents throughout project lifecycle
