The Role
Sante Recruitment is seeking a
Principal House Officer (PHO) in Obstetrics & Gynaecology
to join the dedicated team at
Bundaberg Hospital
, a teaching hospital affiliated with the University of Queensland Rural Clinical School.
In This Role, You Will
Provide safe, effective, and equitable care to women and families in consultation with consultants, visiting specialists, nurses and allied health professionals.
Participate in antenatal, intrapartum, postnatal and gynaecological care.
Support medical student education and contribute to the
University of Queensland's clinical teaching program
.
Play an active role in upgrading medical education and promoting quality improvement initiatives.
This is an outstanding opportunity to gain diverse O&G experience in a regional teaching hospital environment, supported by senior consultants and a multidisciplinary team.
What We Offer
Competitive remuneration package valued up to
$175,370 p.a.
Base salary between
$129,583 – $150,240 p.a. (L4–L9)
*****% employer superannuation contribution

About You
MBBS or equivalent, eligible for registration with
AHPRA
.
Completion of at least
two years of postgraduate training
(PHO level).
Demonstrated commitment to
women's health, teamwork and patient-centred care
.
An interest in teaching and developing clinical skills in a supportive, regional setting.
