Students in the program will be provided PPE for their studies.

We encourage women (including transgender women) and non-binary and gender-diverse people to explore opportunities in electrical engineering. Developed with leading universities, this program offers a three-year scholarship that includes:

* 12 weeks of paid work experience in the penultimate year
* A personal mentor throughout the program
* Automatic consideration for our graduate engineering assessment day

Applications are invited from students at:

Visit the respective university’s scholarship page for more information and to apply.

Our scholarship supports women (including transgender women), non-binary, and gender-diverse individuals undertaking a Pre-Apprenticeship Cert II in Electrotechnology. Established in 2017, it aims to increase the number of women in trades by supporting those motivated to enter the electrical industry.

The scholarship, valued at up to $2,000, is awarded based on commitment and motivation to succeed in the electrical industry. Funds can be used for fees, tools, PPE, clothing, rent, childcare, or income supplementation during studies.

Recipients are not obligated to apply for roles with our company but are considered for our apprenticeship program when it opens. Applications are reviewed three times annually: April, August, and December.
