We’re Hiring: TMI and Traffic Controllers!
As a vital member of our team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the safe and productive flow of traffic while contributing to major infrastructure projects that make a difference. We offer the chance to work alongside industry leaders committed to raising the standard of traffic management and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct traffic for works and events using Stop/Slow bat
- Implement and monitor traffic management plans
- Perform vehicle pre‑start checks, load/unload signage, and equipment
- Complete necessary documentation and hazard assessments
- Report hazards and near misses promptly
- Maintain safety standards for workers, pedestrians, cyclists, and the public
- Work closely with team leaders, foremen, and auditors to ensure best practices are followed
Skills & Experience
- Essential: QLD TC – Traffic Control License
- Highly Desirable: QLD TMI – Traffic Management Implementation License
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transport
- Flexible availability for day, night, and weekend shifts
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication skills with a focus on safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
