About your new role...
You will manage scheduled work for the beverage quality team of technicians, delivering quality beverages to consumers through consistent testing of equipment in customer venues.
This role requires a friendly candidate with attention to detail and excellent communication skills as you interact with stakeholders at all levels.
A typical day involves:
* Administration support with purchasing, billing, scheduling
* Performing SOP review and operations validation
* Assisting the manager with administrative paperwork
* Managing governance and regulatory compliance procedures for the site related to operations
* Investigating and following up on customer non-conformance requests
* Aligning systems and processes for business efficiencies
* Personal safety and ensuring the safety of others while performing work or visiting site
