* Lead and deliver end‐to‐end HR, recruitment and training outcomes aligned to the Project HR Management Plan, ensuring fit‐for‐purpose and compliant solutions.
* Manage and develop project HR teams, driving high‐quality service delivery, cost efficiency and strong stakeholder engagement.
* Partner with Corporate HR, Recruitment, OD, Remuneration and IT teams to ensure timely workforce planning, system deployment, and consistent application of organisational standards.
* Provide expert advice to project leadership on employee relations, legislative compliance, policies, remuneration, and organisational governance requirements.
* Deliver robust onboarding, reporting and workforce data, ensuring accurate insights on employee movements, performance, remuneration and compliance obligations.
The Requirements
* 8+ years' HR experience, including 2–3 years in a project or site‐based environment.
* Proven experience leading HR teams in complex, fast‐paced project settings.
* Demonstrated startup project experience, including workforce mobilisation and onboarding.
* Strong knowledge of EA/IR and employment legislation, with experience advising leaders in a project context.
* Working knowledge of CMS (or similar HR systems) and their application across project delivery.
