**About the role**:
**Eagers Automotive **currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced automotive technician to join our **Seaview Ford** team* in Clarkson **as a **Workshop Controller*.
Reporting directly to the Service Manager, this role is to help assist the Service Manager in coordinating the day-to-day operations by planning, monitoring and controlling all repair orders.
- Providing support to the Service Manager
- Maintaining an even flow of work
- Monitor the quality of all work performed in the workshop
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with all departments
**About you**:
We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, prioritise and delegate tasks. If you would like to develop apprentices and other technicians as well as your own career, this is the role for you
You will ideally possess:
- Previous experience as a Workshop Controller, Foreman and/or as a Senior Technician
- Must hold Mechanical Trade Qualification
- Valid Australian Manual Driver's License
