About this Role
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Project Management Office (PMO) as a Business Analyst. This is a 12-month contract opportunity to support the delivery of our Practice Management System (PMS) and Document Management System (DMS) transformation across multiple offices.
This role will involve leading requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design, and stakeholder engagement to ensure business needs are met and solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with group strategy.
Your Responsibilities
1. Analyse current and future business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
2. Develop functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for solution design.
3. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and focus groups to capture and validate requirements.
4. Support vendor evaluation processes.
