CJC Management is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to support our business development efforts across infrastructure, engineering and construction projects. You will play a key role in preparing and coordinating high-quality tenders, proposals and presentations that showcase our technical expertise and client-focused approach.
About the Role
This role will suit someone with experience in bid coordination, proposals or tendering who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with technical experts and stakeholders.
You will be responsible for identifying, reviewing and responding to tender opportunities across relevant sectors, coordinating inputs from technical teams to develop clear, accurate and persuasive proposals, managing the end-to-end proposal development process, ensuring on-time delivery and client alignment, translating technical information into compelling, client-focused content, reviewing submissions to ensure accuracy, clarity and professionalism, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and partners, and contributing to continuous improvement of proposal processes and tools.
Requirements
* Experience in bid coordination, proposal writing or tender development
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in bid coordination, proposal writing or tender development
* Background in infrastructure, engineering or construction highly regarded
