As a vital part of the thriving Commercial Banking business, we serve businesses with turnovers between $30M and $150M, delivering on a range of needs including cash flow, capital, wealth, risk management and investment.
Our diverse client base includes manufacturing, transport, wholesaling, property investment and retail sectors, offering exciting opportunities for those who join us.

Following ongoing success and growth, we have exciting Analyst opportunities in our Melbourne, Docklands office. Our Analysts are pivotal in relationship management, working closely with colleagues, senior leadership and clients, providing valuable solutions. The Analyst position provides the opportunity to conduct client and industry research, financial analysis, modelling and risk assessment. We are looking for inquisitive individuals with strong analytical abilities, a customer‐centric mindset and a passion for customer satisfaction.
More specifically, you will:
* Assess credit worthiness, oversee applications, conduct due diligence and model financial risk.
* Prioritise quality, credit management, portfolio monitoring, revenue growth and loss minimisation.
* Support business bankers to align client needs, enhance service and strategise product offerings.
* Maintain data integrity, ensure compliance and analyse client data.
* Research new prospects, manage credit submissions and conduct annual reviews promptly.
We want to hear from you if you have:
* Strong financial analysis and modelling skills with commercial insight across diverse sectors.
* Adaptable, both independent and a team player.
* The ability to quickly gain an understanding of complex transactions.
* Prioritises risk, compliance and credit assurance.
* Excellent communication, relationship‐building and organisational skills.
* Ideally a Business/Commerce degree with financial accounting or insolvency experience.
