We are looking for Fixed Term Full-Time Customer Service Advisors to join our Darwin Contact Centre during one of our busiest and most exciting periods in sport.
Role Overview
As a Customer Service Advisor you will support customers across phone, email and live chat, manage betting enquiries, take inbound telephone bets and resolve problems with care, clarity and confidence. You will also work closely with teams such as Payments, Security and Safer Gambling, ensuring every customer interaction is smooth and well supported.
Our rosters include evenings, weekends and public holidays, with peak periods across major sporting events, including the Spring Racing Carnival. You must be available for 2 weeks of full-time training from 4 August 2026 (including Saturdays).

You don't need to know everything about betting or sport when you start – we'll teach you. What matters most is your attitude, reliability and willingness to learn.
