The role

We are looking for Fixed Term Full-Time Customer Service Advisors to join our Darwin Contact Centre during one of our busiest and most exciting periods in sport.

Role Overview

As a Customer Service Advisor you will support customers across phone, email and live chat, manage betting enquiries, take inbound telephone bets and resolve problems with care, clarity and confidence. You will also work closely with teams such as Payments, Security and Safer Gambling, ensuring every customer interaction is smooth and well supported.

Our rosters include evenings, weekends and public holidays, with peak periods across major sporting events, including the Spring Racing Carnival. You must be available for 2 weeks of full-time training from 4 August 2026 (including Saturdays).

Responsibilities

  • Support customers across phone, email and live chat.
  • Process inbound telephone bets accurately and efficiently.
  • Solve customer queries with empathy and attention to detail.
  • Keep clear, accurate notes in our system.
  • Stay up to date on bet types, key events and industry trends.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
  • Take on new skills and support the wider team where needed.

About You

You enjoy helping people and take pride in creating positive, memorable experiences. You stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly and enjoy working as part of a supportive team. You don't need to know everything about betting or sport when you start – we'll teach you. What matters most is your attitude, reliability and willingness to learn.

What We're Looking For

  • Full-time working rights in Australia for the duration of the contract.
  • Previous customer service experience (contact centre experience is a bonus).
  • Confident communication skills in a phone-based environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work to KPIs.
  • Flexibility to work rotating rosters, including evenings and weekends.
  • Solid computer skills (Outlook, Excel, web-based systems).
  • A collaborative, team-first mindset.
  • Commitment to doing things the right way (quality, compliance and continuous improvement).
