Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a small, dedicated team making a real impact on rural health workforce.
As the Team Leader, you will be based at one of our rural clinical training sites and work on a full-time appointment on a fixed term basis for 12 months.
The role involves leading and managing a small team delivering high-quality administrative and project management support.
You will coordinate activities and initiatives across our organisation in collaboration with the Academic Lead and Operations Manager.
Driving continuous improvement by developing policies, procedures, and innovative solutions is also a key aspect of this role.

To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Proven experience in senior administration and team leadership.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet individual and team deadlines.
* Ability to supervise a small team and provide training and development.
* Proficiency in a range of computing skills including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, internet, and email.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Benefits
This role offers:
* A base salary range: $104,243– $115,661.00 p.a. (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation.
