The Harvey Norman Macgregor Small Appliances Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Salesperson to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.
As a Salesperson, you will have an understanding of life at home solutions and a desire to find the best outcome for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Deliver great customer service and help customers find the best home solutions.
- Work as part of a team to achieve store goals.
- Service customers while managing work tasks around their needs.
- Resolve customer complaints and make quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely, accurate services.
- Strive to exceed individual and store sales targets.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Have a passion for retail.
- Be highly motivated and results driven with outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Enjoy working in a team environment.
- Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades.
- Ability to work in a customer focused, successful retail business.
- Ability to service customers while managing tasks around their needs.
- Demonstrate a willingness to go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer-focused problem solving.
- Experience resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely services.
