**The role**:
As a Team Leader you will hold a vital position focused on delivering best-practice trauma-informed clinical interventions to high-risk, complex, and high-profile service users. Within part a supportive team environment, you will actively contribute to the development of clinical services and provide clinical leadership and advice to stakeholders.
In this position you will work closely with children, young people, families, and adults, delivering therapeutic support services and conducting assessments. You will be responsible for developing and implementing behaviour support plans, addressing underlying causes of challenging behaviours, and promoting the overall well-being and safety of service users. You will also engage in various administrative tasks, maintain strict confidentiality, and contribute to the ongoing development of the clinical services program. In this position, you will work across the welfare, child protection, NDIS and mental health remit. **Essential Criteria**:
- Tertiary degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counselling
- Registration with AHPRA/AASW/ACA
- A minimum of 5 years experience across child protection, welfare, mental health and disabilities
- Extensive clinical experience
- Experience working within disabilities, welfare and child protection
- Demonstrated experience in report writing and Behaviour Support Plans
