Key Responsibilities: Motivate and lead a team of educators, developing educational programs that cater to individual interests and strengths. Support the centre in meeting/exceeding National Quality Standards.
Qualifications and Skills: Early Childhood Degree or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification is required. Relevant teaching registration (if applicable), current Working with Children's Check, first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) are necessary. A strong commitment to young minds' growth and development is essential.
