Commercial Excellence Manager
We're looking for a seasoned commercial leader to drive business growth across our dealer network.
* The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in championing our Total Solutions approach and driving commercial performance across truck sales, service contracts, transport systems, and financial solutions.
* Key responsibilities include coaching and mentoring dealer sales staff and managers, setting and tracking dealer targets, overseeing pricing approvals, and monitoring pricing discipline.
* A collaborative mindset is essential, with the ability to work closely with Dealer Sales Managers, sales teams, and internal departments to achieve shared goals.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants should possess:
* An experienced commercial background, preferably in the transport or heavy vehicle industry.
* Proven leadership skills, with a strong customer focus and dealer-facing expertise.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to represent the company at various levels.
* Proficiency in using Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools in a fast-paced environment.
