**IT Portfolio Analyst**
We currently seek an experienced IT Portfolio Analyst to support the IT PMO in day-to-day operations to ensure successful delivery of programs / projects.
This is done through oversight of the integrated schedule, driving centralised portfolio reporting and providing oversight on program performance against budget, scope and schedule.
**Responsibilities**
- Assist and lead the running of portfolio dashboard reporting as required across the IT PMO
- Oversight and continuous improvement of IT PMO project management templates as they relate to the SDLC.
- Collaborate with the GM IT PMO and broader teams to enable the successful delivery of projects.
- Oversight and management of resource management across the portfolio
- Oversight and management of financials across the portfolio
- Support the driving of the project assurance framework across all projects within the IT PMO portfolio.
- Own and drive the IT PMO Kanban wall to ensure it is up to date.
**Experience**
- Experience as an IT Portfolio Analyst/PMO Administrator/PMO Coordinator
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end Project Delivery life cycle and how project Governance / Methodology adds value.
- Experience in Agile
- Experience in Project Financial / Budget Analysis/ Forecast and Reporting
- Experience in Resource recharging capitalisation targets and resource levelling.
- Experience in Project Actual Reconciliation Purchase orders and Invoice Reconciliation.
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Strong Stakeholder management & engagement experience
- Proven ability to effectively chair and coordinate meetings across an organization with mínimal support.
- An eye for detail, coupled with strong analytical skills.
- Good hands-on experience on O365 and MS Excel and Power BI and SharePoint.
- Experience with Planview is a distinct advantage, but not essential.
