Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Litigation Lawyer. This role will provide essential support to our team of senior solicitors in the litigation department.
Due to our diverse client base, candidates with bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written, will be highly valued.

Tasks Responsibilities
Under senior supervision, manage litigation matters from end-to-end.
Assist senior lawyers on a diverse range of complex litigation matters.
Conduct legal research, prepare court documents, and draft correspondence.
Engage in advocacy and alternative dispute resolution work.
Liaise with a broad range of clients, other parties, government agencies and financial institutions to produce successful client outcomes.
Maintain client relationship management.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have:
1 – 3 years PAE handling litigation matters. (We may consider candidates who are newly admitted or have minimally completed their Bachelor of Law program.)
Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin, both verbal and written (highly regarded but not essential)
Sound time management, with an attention to details, and ability to prioritise competing tasks
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and take initiative
Prior experience with CRM system (Smokeball) desirable but not essential
