Electrical Supervisor / Superintendent Opportunities; Africa, Asia & the Middle ECG Engineering

We require
Electrical Supervisors / Superintendents
to ensure efficient completion of works on a range of ongoing and upcoming minerals and metals projects in Australia, and around the world, including South Korea, Oman, Africa, and more. We have swings from two to three months to long term.
Responsibilities
Manage daily work packs and provide supervision to all Electrical employees and contractors under your control.
Carry out investigations into electrical incidents and report to the relevant client representatives as required.
Ensure all electrical statutory testing and maintenance is carried out and recorded as required by your appointment.
Accurate and timely reporting of all breakdowns to the relevant stakeholders.
Perform hands on electrical work as required.
Essential Criteria (Mandatory)
Electrical Trade Qualification
Current WA Electrician's Licence
WA Electrical Contractor License (Nominee)
Minimum 5 years trade experience
Minimum 5 years supervisory experience
Valid driver's license minimum class C, HR advantageous
High Risk Card - WP, DG, LF, CV
Construction Card (White Card)
Competent understanding of electrical schematics, isolation and permitting systems
Demonstrated experience in all aspects of Electrical work
Ability to read and interpret Electrical drawings, Schematics and Architectural drawings at a minimum
Experience in computer based maintenance systems
Strong commitment to health and safety
Strong leadership skills and cultural understanding of remote work forces
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ideally, experience coordinating local work forces in Africa and/or the Middle East
Desirable Criteria
Previous Fixed Plant Experience
Experience in construction of underground services
Certificate 4 in Leadership and Management
