* Financial Administration: Perform daily bank reconciliations and process financial transactions.
* Stakeholder Management: Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including schools, parishes, and offices.
* Customer Service: Provide face-to-face and phone-based support to clients, responding to queries and resolving issues.
* General Administration: Assist with reception duties, schedule appointments, organise catering, and monitor office supplies.
* Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and maintain accurate records.
* Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing administrative efficiency.
Candidate's Profile
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Prior experience in an administrative role, ideally within financial or support services.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Drive.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* Strong communication and customer service abilities.
