The Opportunity
As a Manager in our Talent & Organisation (T&O) practice, you'll lead teams that drive complex workforce and HR transformations. You'll help clients solve their most pressing people and change challenges — shaping future-ready organisations built for adaptability, agility, and sustainable growth. We currently have positions available in Melbourne, Sydney, Perth, Canberra and Brisbane.
What You'll Do- Lead the design and delivery of talent, workforce, and organisational strategies that enable business transformation.
- Build trusted client relationships and operate as a strategic advisor across people, culture, and change programs.
- Identify and shape future skill and capability needs across industries and workforce segments.
- Manage and mentor high-performing consulting teams, driving outcomes and growing talent.
- Deliver strategic workforce planning and operating model design informed by data and technology.
- Oversee change management and HR transformation engagements from end to end.
- Support and lead business development activities, including proposal writing, client presentations, and account growth.
- Contribute to internal practice development — creating frameworks, methodologies, and thought leadership assets.
What We're Looking For- Minimum 5 years' experience, with at least 1 year in a consulting firm.
- Demonstrated leadership in delivering complex projects in one or more of the following areas:
Organisational Change Management
HR Transformation / Digital HR
Operating Model and Organisation Design and Talent & Workforce Strategy
* Strong experience managing client relationships and teams.
* Ability to inspire, influence, and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
