The Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Developer who wants to build technology that truly matters to real people. You'll be a technical leader in our Platforms team, building applications that power everything from roadside assistance to insurance services. Think less \"code monkey,\" more \"technical architect who shapes product direction.\"

What you'll do:
* Shape the Tech Strategy Influence RACT's technology roadmap. Your technical opinions matter – we're not just handing you specs.
* Build Production-Grade Solutions Design, develop, and ship robust applications using modern practices. Clean code, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, Agile workflows.
* Level Up the Team Mentor developers, run code reviews, share knowledge. Help junior devs grow into solid engineers.
* Own the Full Stack From technical design through to production support, you'll have genuine ownership. You build it, you own it, you make it better.
* Solve Problems That Matter Performance bottlenecks? Integration headaches? Member-facing bugs? You'll hunt them down and ship fixes people notice.
What you'll bring:
* Agile DNA – you live and breathe modern development methodologies
* Fast-paced mindset – thrive under pressure, deliver on deadline
* Experience with Microsoft D365, Power Platform, and Azure DevOps
* Strong Integration experience – proven ability to design, build and maintain APIs for legacy or vendor applications
Nice to have:
* Experience with Agent-Assisted coding tools such as Claude Code
