The role:
Based at our Kogarah facility, you'll play a vital role in our catering operations, ensuring patients and staff receive nutritious, high-quality meals. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, maintaining kitchen hygiene standards, serving meals, and supporting our dietary requirements program.
Role requirements:
* Current Food Handlers Certificate
* Demonstrated ability to read, understand, and follow HACCP & Food Safety Principles, policies, and procedures in line with required standards.
* Demonstrated written and oral communication skills, organisational skills, and ability to adhere to strict schedules and deadlines.
* Ability to work well as a team member as well as independently.
* Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software.
* Ability to cover a rotating roster across 7 days.
