- Work hours: 10:30-7pm
**Your new role**
By receiving inbound and outbound calls you will be working with credit cards, offering customers with hardship assistance, and identifying what works best, using our banking processes.
- Ensuring calls are quality over quantity and ensuring that you are gathering all required information and providing this to the customer efficiently.
- Training will be remote first 4 weeks and full-time training at their head office with a hybrid work environment to follow.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Strong ability to listen to customer's needs whilst operating various systems at one time
- Has a desire to work towards individual targets and team goals
- Adaptability!
- No prior experience needed - training is provided!!
