We are looking for a Japanese-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team and help ensure our top Japanese customers receive the best service in the industry. As our VIP Host, you'll be the heartbeat of our most valuable players' experiences. You'll create and maintain strong relationships with our VIP clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and exclusive benefits.

Your role with us:

As our Japanese-speaking VIP Host, you'll be the face of our online casino, responsible for building and maintaining relationships with high-value players. Your role transcends typical customer service as you will be the ambassador of our casino. Your goal is not just to resolve issues but to provide tailored solutions that exceed expectations, making each interaction memorable. Your exceptional interpersonal skills will be the foundation of these connections. Building trust and rapport with our VIP players will be your daily mission, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated on a personal level.

Please note that in this role, our team works 6 days a week for 6 hours a day.

Your hours and location of work are below:

Mon - Fri: 9am - 2pm (Office)

Mon - Fri: 9pm - 11pm (Home)

Saturday: 9am - 2pm + 9pm - 11pm (Home)

What you will do:

* Develop and maintain trusted relationships with new and existing high-value clients to identify business needs
* Understand client objectives and decision-making processes, forming long-term partnerships
* Manage assigned accounts from start to finish, ensuring all inquiries are followed through
* Identify and grow opportunities within your client base and collaborate with VIPs for maximum growth
* Ensure timely and successful delivery of products aligned with customer needs
* Analyze client behaviors and overall value to the business
* Use communication tools such as chat rooms, email, Telegram, and other platforms to engage VIP players
* Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall customer experience
* Work with VIP Managers, Supervisors, and Senior Hosts to contribute to team goals

What you will bring:

* Minimum 1 year experience in customer service
* Excellent communication and writing skills
* Bilingual in English and Japanese
* Sports or Marketing qualifications (preferred but not required)
* High level of global sports knowledge
* Cryptocurrency knowledge (advantageous)
* Proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, Jira, and Intercom
