Hunter Recruitment Group is partnered with Kurri Kurri Community Services (KKCS) to recruit a Rosterer for their In-Home Support / Aged Care team.
This is a key coordination role focused on accurate, compliant rostering to support high quality service delivery. It suits someone who is highly organised, reliable, and confident managing competing priorities in a fast paced environment.
About the Role
The Rosterer manages daily service schedules within In-Home Supports and acts as a central point of contact for clients, support workers, Coordinators and families. The role ensures services are scheduled effectively, changes are communicated clearly and award requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
* Schedule and adjust rosters in line with service requests, staff availability, and award requirements
* Respond to unplanned leave and urgent service needs
* Liaise with clients and families regarding service changes
* Maintain accurate schedules and documentation
* Monitor staff hours, travel efficiency and compliance
* Support audits, quality checks and continuous improvement
* Uphold WHS, safeguarding, confidentiality and organisational policies
About You
* Experience in rostering, scheduling, coordination or similar operational roles
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* The ability to remain calm and solutions focused under pressure
* Clear, professional communication skills
* Confidence using rostering or scheduling systems (AlayaCare experience highly regarded)
* Knowledge of award compliance (SCHADS preferred)
* A strong sense of accountability and reliability
Essential Criteria
* 100 points of ID
* Current cleared Criminal Record Check or willing to obtain
* Current driver's licence
* Certificate III in Business Administration (highly desirable)
