About this role:
We are seeking highly experienced sous chefs to excel in leading kitchen teams, possessing significant leadership experience and skills.
Key responsibilities:
* Liaise with the head chef and line chefs
* Maintain a smooth and profitable kitchen operation
* Supervise and manage a team of chefs
* Create service schedules on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
* Monitor profit and wastage reporting
Requirements:
* 3+ years' cumulative chef experience
* Experience supervising and managing a team of chefs
* Certificate III/IV in commercial cookery or trade certificate
* Able to work night shifts where required
