Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and passionate professional to join our team as a Secondary Pathways Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the development and delivery of Senior Education and Training Plans and pathways for Year 9–12 students, in collaboration with your line manager.
* Work with the Head of Senior and Studies Coordinator to provide timely feedback and advice to students and parents about academic progress, ATAR projections, and pathway opportunities.
* Organise and oversee the Year 10 Work Experience program, and facilitate work experience opportunities for other individual students.
* Maintain strong expertise in career pathways, including knowledge of university opportunities and prerequisites, open days, connections to other educational providers, and alternative study options.
VET Coordination
* Develop programs and manage relationships to enable us to deliver vocational education opportunities to students, both on campus and in partnership with external agencies.
* Develop and maintain professional networks and partnerships with external RTOs, ACPs, and businesses to strengthen our VET pathway support network.
General Responsibilities
* Organise and contribute to marketing events across the school year, including Subject Selection Evening, Careers Expo, and online communications.
* Attend and contribute to relevant team meetings.
